Subcomittees, Reporting Subcommittees and Working Groups
They are study and proposal bodies of the house that are constituted within the Committees. Just as the latter in many cases act as bodies for the preparation of the Chamber's decisions, the presentations, in turn, do the same with respect to the Committees. They are of considerable importance, since this is where the most detailed study of the various matters submitted for consideration by the Committees is carried out. Papers are formed for each issue, act behind closed doors, and are normally composed of a plurality of members, representing the different parliamentary groups.
