General InformationAll visits are subject to the Chamber’s activity and may be suspended in case of institutional or parliamentary events, which will be notified here. In August and public holidays there are no visits. All visits require prior booking. All the visits are free, guided and in Spanish. Please bear in mind that it is not allowed to make recordings or take pictures in the Congress. Neither is it allowed to enter the parliamentary premises with sharp and/or cutting objects, nor with containers containing liquids, gels or similar substances. Type of guided visitsIndividual visits to the Palace of the Congress of DeputiesFor the visits on Friday at 12 pm and Saturday at 10.30 am, 11.15 am and 12 pm, reservations can be made from 13 pm on the Saturday prior to the visit through this link: Booking form for individual guided tours. ID or Passport is required to enter the Congress of Deputies. The registration deadline shall start sixteen days before, Saturday at 1pm This visit does not include the Hemicycle nor any of the Palace’s halls. The standing exhibition shall be located at the designated place in the basement of the Palace of the Congress of Deputies. It is located under the Plenary Sittings Hall, made up of three rings, a vault and three halls. The topic DEMOCRACY shall occupy the external ring, PARLIAMENT the intermediate and CONSTITUTION the inner one. ID or Passport is to be presented at the entrance. Groups’ visits to the Palace of the Congress of DeputiesMonday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 1.30 pm and from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm and Friday from 9.00 am to 1:00 pm. Social organizations (schools, cultural groups, associations…) can ask for a visit through mail, e-mail or fax, providing the following information: -Name of organization Requests should be mailed to: Unidad de Guías Secondary schools students must be 12 or older. |
